Terms and Conditions
These terms summarize how Black Rocket website creation, managed hosting, and professional email setup purchases work. They do not replace a signed client agreement, accepted invoice, written change order, or an applicable billing policy. Those documents govern when their terms apply.
Services and scope
The website package uses a Home Watch Academy approved framework that Black Rocket personalizes with the client’s approved business information, branding, services, photographs, credentials, and authorized materials. The applicable signed agreement identifies the project scope, exclusions, responsibilities, and revision terms.
Pricing and payment
The standard Your Launchpad package is $995: a $497.50 deposit and a remaining $497.50 due when the website is ready to launch. Professional Email Setup is a separate optional $199 one-time service. Private beta or client-specific pricing applies only when shown in that client’s purchase summary and signed agreement.
Managed hosting
Managed hosting is $59 per month and is billed every 30 days. For qualifying Home Watch Academy clients, the first month is included and the first hosting charge begins 30 days after the website launches. Domain registration and renewal fees are separate and are paid through the domain registrar.

Clients provide accurate business information, approved materials, credentials, account access when needed, consolidated feedback, and payments when due. The normal process includes payment, a signed agreement, the Website Information Form and uploads, an intake call, review, final approval, payment of the remaining balance, domain connection, and launch.
Professional Email Setup
The $199 setup covers configuration for up to five professional email addresses on an existing business domain, domain verification, basic DNS configuration, and basic sending and receiving tests. It does not include migration of existing messages, contacts, calendars, folders, or historical mailbox data. Subscription and renewal charges from the email provider are separate.
Agreement controls
A purchase is governed by the client agreement signed for that project and the applicable billing policy. Review the agreement before signing and keep the completed copy provided after signature.
